We are Ben and Amanda Kuehmichel. We met online (Yahoo Personals) back in 2006 and were married in 2007. In 2008 we moved into a house that we rehabbed and in 2009 we welcomed our daughter Aleah into this world.
Ben is a software engineer working for SAP Business Objects. He has a MS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Ben also runs a small computer sales and service business called The IT Pros. Ben enjoys playing computer games, watching scifi, hunting deer, and debating religion, philosophy, politics and economics. Ben leads a group of high school guys in Bible study on Wednesday nights and coaches Bible Quizzing with Amanda.
Amanda is a stay at home mom taking care of Aleah, running the house and getting lots of good deals with coupons. Amanda enjoys socializing at playgroup and helping out in nursery at church and participates in our church’s women’s ministry bible studies on Tuesday mornings. Amanda scrap books when she gets a chance (which is usually at her mother in law’s scrap book retreats).
Aleah is a rambunctious little girl who play hard, loves having books read to her and torments the dog (a saintly black lab named Zeke) non stop. Aleah goes from sun up to sun down and doesn’t know the meaning of quiet time.
